Nicki manages the day to day running's of Slow Roasted Coffee shop and roastery. She is a passionate baker, lover of people and of course - good coffee.
Our coffee beans are roasted on site by Cliff, owner of Slow Roasted Coffee. Artisanal coffee roasting began with his deep love for coffee and it has grown into him mastering the art.
