Myoli Beach is a stretch of white beach that starts at the Sedgefield Lagoon mouth and runs in an easterly direction towards Cola Beach.

Fishing, swimming & sunbathing. Myoli Beach is one of several popular beaches associated with Sedgefield on the Garden Route. The beach is situated a few hundred meters of the Sedgefield Lagoon mouth. Myoli Beach is best accessed from the car park at the Pili Pili Bar and Restaurant.

In recent years the adventurous extreme sport of kite surfing has become increasingly popular. The beach is popular for walking dogs but a month or so prior to peak season dogs are not allowed on the beach.

It is also a good fishing spot when conditions allow. Most of Sedgefield’s beaches are not very safe for swimming but OK when conditions allow. It is best not to enter the water without others present.
